We at Pink City offer a solution to the requirement of your Light Weight Hollow Jewelry and Articles, with a Technology that is picking the pace in the manufacturing of jewelry Industry today known as ELECTROFORMING.

Electroforming can be described as a manufacturing process based on the electrodeposition of a metal. Unlike electroplating, however, where the deposited metal covers a substrate, in electroforming, at the end of the deposition process, that substrate (which is known as the mandrel), is removed, leaving the electrodeposit as an object in its own right as well as lightweight jewelry and articles With the use of suitable gold electroforming baths which ensure deposition within a narrow caratage range, the viability of hollow gold jewelry manufactured in this way that can be hallmarked is guaranteed. For this reason, electroforming is an ideal process for manufacturing large articles of gold jewelry giving a 3d effect to the actual piece with excellent in-house design team which will appeal to our clients.
